Fabulous Forms for Formative Functions

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Google Forms offers fabulous ways to collect information, but did you know you can quickly assess and gather student data to drive your instruction using this powerful tool? Did you know you can virtually replace paper use in the classroom with Google Forms? In this session, attendees will see Google Forms (in conjunction with Google Docs) in action in a Elementary Classroom. Classroom teacher will demonstrate several classroom applications of Google forms where students responses were collected and live results were used to drive instruction. Examples include creating a Google Form entrance pass to pre-assess student learning on a concept. Students scan QR code to access form and complete. Class then views live results as a springboard into discussion of a classroom concept and then post-assessing learning at the end of the lesson via a Google Form.
