Integrating technology is more than the device. The real power is creating a new technology-rich learning culture where classrooms are engaging, authentic and students develop the skills they need for their future. In this session school leaders will learn to create a new culture through a systematic process: Creating a shared-vision, building a plan and capacity with leaders, learning environments to engage students, professional development that creates capacity in teachers, overcoming barriers, and the keys to change. The session will be interactive and participants will leave with a renewed vision of school cultures, understand why we need to change, and the steps that can be implemented to create change.
